At Roop Darshan, we strive to ensure you love your fashion choices; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain unworn, unwashed, and with their original designer tags attached to qualify for a refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, including the invoice and all original tags, to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
